The new hair color. I'm into a size 10 yeah! Came to the conclusion my new scale was off. According to the doc I'm 160 according to my scale 180 this week. Argh!!!!!!!!!!! The quitting smoking has not gone so well. But I'm trying at this point to take 2 drags when I have the urge and put it out. Because low and behold I appear to be allergic to the darn patch.

ReplyDeleteI'm sorry about the patch. Bummer! I was thinking about you the other day and wondering if blowing bubbles (like Magic Bubbles, bubbles) would help when you feel like you need a smoke. Just for the breathing. I know it's not the same.... I'm behind you all the way! Keep up the good work!
