The Heroes

One day there were 2 dogs, Blackie and Simba.  Simba was a spy and a superhero and Blackie was a security guard.  One day some burglars came and Blackie checked the cameras.  He saw two burglars and he called Simba on the walky talky.   Simba came and blew a big bubble and trapped the bad guys and then the police came to take the burglars to jail.  The dogs saved the day and got a reward.  It was one million dog bones!

He was so proud as they went over their report showing us all the things had learned.  Then Ms S surprised him with a card and Sponge Bob Book.  He was so surprised,  he totally loves Sponge Bob!!  Great Job Eddie Ray!!

Summer Wellness challenge

Go RED TEAM Go!!  My goal is to lose 45 lbs and keep it off for good.  These next few months will be interesting.  April 4th is my start date to quit smoking.  I've given up the Mtn Dew habit, but I can have a can with dinner.  Eddie Ray has agreed to ride bikes with me.  Lil Dan & I will jog together and play basketball.  And Kelly bless her heart will work out with me a couple days a week.  That coupled with new eating habits I hope to lose the weight and be a healthier me!!!
