First Day of 2009-2010

Eddie Ray my big 2nd grader who had to have mom take him to class. And of course drive the Mustang. Because he's cool like that.

Rick is a 10th grader and Dan 7th grade. Rick needed to be dropped off in the Mustang as well. My Grand Am apparently is not cool anymore. What do you do? I was the same way. I always wanted the cool cars. Rick gets his new glasses today. And Mom just gets to relax some and get ready for Daycare. Yeah!

So what a beautiful relaxing day with just us 5. It just makes me more aware of how grateful I am to have all 4 of my boys.

On to Fontana Park

They caught 9 fish and 4 crawdads.

They loved the turtle. and seeing allthe wildlife.

Putting Simba to rest.

We traveled to the farm today, where Blackie and Simba grew up. And we scattered Simba's ashes. Too bad the farm just keeps looking worse.

Tribute to Todd Walker

Jaime Todd Walker our friend and brother-in-law passed away on Sunday. I haven't made mention yet. Because it still doesn't seem real. He was a great guy, with a awesome sense of humor. He will be truly missed.
