Happy Birthday Anna

Yea our beloved Anna turned 10 in January and I forgot to note it. Anna was from my first litter of pups. Her bark sounded like a quack so I quickly dubbed her Duckie. She was part of a very energetic litter. They stayed very busy. Her mother Nala wouldn't lay down to have the pups. She ran really fast in circles as they flew out of her. Dan & I spent the afternoon catching pups.
So at 10 years old she loves to lounge on the waterbed. Plays well with cats. She has one fun trait, she bites her toe nails. I've never seen a dog do that before.

Explanation of surgeries.

Little Dan broke his left pnkie playing basketball. He went in and 2 pins put in at a crisscross fashion to fix the jagged break. He went thru surgery with flying colors. His biggest complaint was lack of food. But overall after the stress of the day was through we had fun joking. I just had to remind him not to take off iss soft cast. To see picts go to Terry Children Blog link. The biggest thing with Dan is getting him to understand he needs to be careful. He crashed the pocket Rocket with his cast. Never mind he should not have been on it!
Eddie Ray surgery is scheduled for March 2nd. We've been through this before when he was 3 and needed his teeth fixed. They put the mask on he screamed, then went very still. And I cried because the whole thing unerved me. This time he's more worried about his testicle turning orange from the soap. Otherwise excited.
Now Ricky I take in on the 25th to see if tubes are the solution. He has had fluid in his ears since the day I got him. Wh they wait til 14 1/2 to do something about it is beyond me. If they don't do surgery one would have to wonder what they'll do to relieve the pressure.

Surgeries Surgeries

I'm feeling the stress of a Mom raising three beautiful active boys. Dan had surgery 2 weeeks ago. We just got word Eddie Ray is definately having surgery on his left testicle. He continues to swell in the testicle, groin, and belly. Good news it doesn't bother him. Wednesday we go to see if Ricky is a go on his surgery to put tubes in. The good news the boys are excited at the prospect of surgery, it's just Mom who knows it has to be done, just doesn't like it.

The Engine Pull

Ricky worked so hard cleaning the engine. This was definately Ricky's favorite part.

Eddie Ray worked so hard acking up the car. It was hysterically with each pump his whole body would come off the ground. All the boys had a hand in getting the engine out.

Halloween

Here's our football player army dude, and Ninja. They had a great time trick or treating. Sorry it's taken this long to get a picture to load.
